About the Organization

The Friends of Juha Organization operates with a vision to strengthen the sense of resilience and purpose among youth in Israel. The Organization focuses on empowering high-school-aged youth, while providing opportunities to generate value-based experiences of success that promote personal, social, and national responsibility.

 

The Organization was established out of the understanding that today's youth are tomorrow's leaders, and therefore there is a need to accompany them in processes that connect them to meaningful action. Through diverse projects and educational programs, the Association creates a supportive and empowering environment that allows every boy and girl to recognize their abilities, cope with challenges, and emerge stronger.

We Believe

The Friends of Juha Organization believes that through value-based experiences of success, it is possible to shape a new generation of youth who believe in themselves and their ability to influence society. We believe that a sense of purpose is built through action, collaboration, and a deep understanding of their role in society. ​

The Association's Areas of Activity

• Personal and Group Empowerment Programs: Activities and workshops aimed at providing youth with tools for personal development, leadership capabilities, and improving their sense of self-capability.

• Social Involvement: Integrating youth into community projects and social initiatives that encourage responsibility, volunteering, and contribution to the environment.

• Connection to National Values: Educational activities aimed at fostering an affinity for values of partnership and national responsibility among the participants.

What Makes Us Different

The organization views every boy and girl as an entire world and acts in various ways to reach their hearts and create a fundamental and long-term change within them. The focus is on a tailored personal process while simultaneously cultivating a sense of community belonging.
