Every boy and girl has a host of values, skills, and abilities that allow them to be meaningful in the society in which they live.

 

In many cases, they will not be aware of these and therefore will have difficulty understanding what they can be and how to do so. We believe that the path to realizing these values and abilities begins with developing awareness of what lies within them, passes through their involvement in society, and finally reaches value-based action that both advances the youth on a personal level and connects them to the society in which they live.
